They should maintain a high standard in keeping their toxic waste. By doing so they will save people from inhaling the chemical and it would be safe to all. Advantages & Disadvantages Of Constructing A Factory At Housing Area. In the beginning of the month, FMN Can Food Company had announced that there will be a large sized factory built for the company’s can manufacturing near our community. People in the community had shown their concern and attention to this matter. Some supported the project while others tried to oppose it.

After conducting researches regarding this matter, I, as one of the members of the local committee, would like to share my opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of building the proposed factory at our community in this paper. The main disadvantage of building this factory is pollution. Use of machine for manufacturing cans and tins will create waste products such as ashes, dirt, smoke, and some chemical wastes. The factory has to put in great effort in order to manage these wastes well. If this is not done, it will create a hazy environment to the community and harm our people.

In addition, factory wastes that are not managed well will also bring water pollution to the community. Issues about factories that did not dispose their chemical wastes in the correct way are very common in these days. Unused chemical substances were disposed into the rivers illegally; this had eventually endangered the water species in the river and destroyed the drinking water sources of the people. Sound pollution is also one of the disadvantages can be brought to the community. People can be getting annoyed easily by the loud noises from the factory.

Studies show that one who lives in a noisy condition for a long period has greater chance of developing health problems. Another disadvantage of constructing factory nearby the community is that people’s health can be affected easily if the factory is not managed well. Toxic chemical substances that are found in the polluted water and air can be transferred to the body when the water was drunk or the dirty air was inhaled by the people. As a result of the pollutions such as water pollution, sound pollution, and air pollution… One example of way for less destroying nature, but improves producing different articles in factories is:

Factory automation is the process of integrating industrial machinery for tasks such as welding, material handling and assembly. Factory automation has many advantages. It saves money, increases production, and creates higher-quality parts. Factory automation generally requires a high initial investment, but the ROI time (In finance, rate of return (ROR), also known as return on investment (ROI), rate of profit or sometimes just return, is the ratio of money gained or lost (whether realized or unrealized) on an investment relative to the amount of money invested. ) is minimal. How can Robotworx help?

RobotWorx is an industrial robot integrator of new and reconditioned robots from the top robot manufacturers such as Motoman, Panasonic, Fanuc and ABB. Automation can improve productivity and quality. In order to receive these benefits, educating the workers on the machinery is necessary. Companies must contemplate their objectives of automating before incorporating any machinery. As factory automation technology becomes more capable, more functional and ubiquitous, its meaning and purpose take on many interpretations. Factory automation delivers increased product and process information, and of course, improves product quality.

Technology is used in so many ways and for so many different ends that it is almost impossible to have a single definition that includes all the solutions factory automation delivers. Its various data templates can be configured to address management and executive information needs. It presents real-time data that will help them to do something with the information and make an informed decision. Among the initiatives that Siemens has started is one called Totally Integrated Power, or TIP, to better manage energy costs and save money. It can also lead to decreased factory power outages and improve uptime.

As with any powerful technology, consider your risk before you take action. One example of large factory in unknown community: A company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near community. “Something is better than nothing”, I welcome the announcement of the company and I feel it is a boon to our community people. There are many advantage by the opening of a large factory, it supports the growth of the region and grows along with it. The major advantage would be a free flow of job into the community. Our community people will get work all around the year and their annual income will undergo a steep raise.

For example Mumbai had a drastic economic growth after the industrial development in that region, until which it was a small town. Now Mumbai is the richest city of India. The other advantage is that increase in population, advent of other companies, and development in the infrastructure of the community due to a gradual urbanization. For example, many modern cities were once just forest areas until new companies were established initially over there. However, every single change has two faces, when there are such numerous advantages; some disadvantages do pose a threat.

They are pollution, overcrowding, lifestyle changes and its adverse consequences. For example, Chennai was a beautiful city until late 1950’s. Since 1960’s the beauty of the city faded due to overcrowding and pollution. Off-course a small river was erased from the map of Chennai without any trace of it. Considering all the above discussed advantages, I would support the advent of the impending boon to our community, with some regulations like the measures to control pollution and organize the new city of the future. So our community will have a growing path towards the urbanization eliminating the major threats of the industrialization.
