The conference may be cancelled n exceptional circumstances beyond our control which may include (but not be limited to) the issuing of a black rainstorm warning, act of nature or an act of terrorism which may impact the conference and attendance. If we cancel the conference, we shall refund registration fees paid. An administration cost of HICK$550 will be deducted from the registration fee. This shall be the limit of our liability. Programmer Details After discussion with the communities, our participants are come over the world, therefore, we decided to start the registration in the afternoon of day 1.
So our participants can have some more time to settle down themselves ND well prepare for the conference. During the conference, we will have a 30 minutes refreshment break around every 2 hours for participants to take a break during the conference. Also, there’s will have an hour lunch (buffet style) at noon in downstairs of the conference venue, it can save much preparation, transportation time, so an hour is very enough for them.
In the morning of day 2, we will concentrate to discuss the theme of “Women in the Workplace”, will expected finish this theme before the lunch through the discussion in the morning. And we will have massive discussion and breakout sessions for the hem of “Cross-Cultural Effectiveness” in the resting time of the conference. In the last session of the conference, we will conclude all the topics during the whole conference in these 3 days and the conference is going to finish.
