Tests would be identified as a global called corporation because it operates in 12 different countries. Tests belongs to the secondary and tertiary sector because it delivers products and services to other businesses such as the HOC and Star Bazaar, whilst selling goods and services globally in 12 different countries. India Tests associate with the Hindustan Service Centre (HOC) to provide services with a staff of over 6500. Tests signed a franchise agreement in 2008, with the Data group in India to supply goods and services of 80% sold by Star Bazaar.

Malaysia The launch of business occurred in 2002 across Peninsular Malaysia with additional acquisition of two stores. Tests in Malaysia are offered a wide range of 4,000 own brand products that include 90% of own brand products sourced in Malaysia to allow development of: Tests Value, Choice and Finest as well as others like Lighter Choices. Tests belongs to the private sector (owned by the individual(s), this means it is operated differently from other sectors such as public (government), and voluntary and not for profit (charitable organizations).

Tests are a PL (public limited company) which means they can offer shares to anyone (including the general public) with a limited liability at stake. A limited liability refers to a guideline of a boundary to stake investments. Tests as a global corporation strives to provide goods for a great price. The quote that Deco’s creator used was “pile me high, sell me cheap”. This eventually led to the motto of “Every little helps” which was introduced in 1 992 with various other methods such as the Tests value range, in 1993 and Tests Club card in 1995 to promote schemes towards customers.

Buying shares with Tests can be done with a stockbroker, bank, building society or a “share shop” with varying applied charges. Another method is through the allowing websites: www. Shareware. Co. UK/dealing , www. Moneymaker. Com or simply phoning Quintet Limited with the phone number provided of 08456037 037 The payment of a share is called a dividend which is a result of a shareholder claiming their part of value from the business. The Annual General Meeting (GM) was held for Directors and shareholders of Tests Pl on Friday 27th June 2014.

Tests have many responsibilities as a business towards different stakeholders. Tests have a responsibility to improve the efficiency of employment through diversity. Tests aim to employ more women in their senior draperies positions, whilst creating more jobs overall to still lead as the Auk’s biggest retail employer. Tests have responsibilities towards their stakeholder of voluntary organizations to raise sums of E. Million for the Alchemist’s Society and Alchemies Scotland, charity of the year which beat their target of Million during 2011/2012.

Stakeholders such as employees would have response abilities to be in ‘control’ in the manner of making sure everything is done bureaucratically through their ‘line of control’. Stakeholders such as customers would be essential generally because without the input of income from customers. Tests cannot succeed to operate as a business because it needs to make a profit, whilst cooperating with other important stakeholders of suppliers to create low cost, bulks of supplies and fix payments from orders. Purpose and proprietorship of two different businesses.

The phrase ‘range of businesses’ refers to a range of diverse types of business. The ways to classify range of businesses would be according to where they operate; what the business are trying to achieve; and the sector of business activity they are The INS was created in 1948 by Unerring Bean that healthcare should be available to all at the point of use for UK residents with exceptions to optical, dental and prescription services. Funds for the INS come directly from taxation which is imposed through legislations of the Health and Social Act, 2012.

The INS is a public limited company because it accumulates funds from the general public as taxation to pay towards the business costs; thus allowing the services and treatment to be free for use at point of requirement. The INS is responsible for employing over 1. 6 million people which is beneficial because they are one of the many leading employers in the world. The purpose of the INS is to provide services such as (Accident and Emergency) to customers who have experienced a mishap, therefore require treatment or necessary drugs which can be classified as product to rehabilitate the injured citizen.

The INS in terms of scale is identified as national because it only operates within the United Kingdom (UK), thus making it a unique healthcare system that is only available in the UK region. The classification for the INS regard to its sector would be tertiary. Have concluded with this because it does provide products and services to consumers, but does not try to obtain or manufacture drugs. The INS belongs to the public sector (owned by the government(s), this means it is operated differently from other sectors such as private (individual(s), and voluntary and not for profit (charitable organizations).

The INS is a PL (public limited company) because every public citizen of the United Kingdom (J) has an entitlement to the INS, with money used as taxation for investment towards the INS; therefore they are stakeholders with additional benefits. INS was based upon that “Good healthcare should be available to all regardless wealth”. This is why healthcare was free from July 5, 1948 onwards with limited hares for prescriptions and dental treatment. Soon the INS had developed its core principles to three INS has responsibilities towards their customers to offer a high quality service with the latest equipment.

The INS considers it necessary to put customers first because the creation of the INS had a principle of allowing healthcare to all regardless wealth. The INS has customers as stakeholders because they are interested in the products and services provided targeted to them. Customers are one of the most important stakeholders for the INS because they provide the funding for the investment. Another important stakeholder is the employees. The employees run the day-today basis of the corporation of the INS which has the variety of doctors, nurses, opticians, surgeons etc.

The varied amounts of employees work altogether with their specialties to provide service and treatment (products). UP- The task requires an outline for the stakeholders who make an impact to create purpose using Tests and the INS. Stakeholder A person who is affected by the business; whether they are internal (working inside the business) or external (associated outside the business) Employees Employees are considered to change the way things run in a business especially like Tests.

Employees can disagree with working conditions if feeling unease (this can cause a disruption with efficiency for Tests) and can go on strike if required with their union. Employees simply influence Tests because they have the right to a pay statement in a confidential manner according to the employment acts of 1999 and 2003. Communities The groups can change Tests plans through petition against the construction of new developments that they feel will seriously affect their lifestyle or environmental conditions.

Tests have a positive influence to create fundraisers for Diabetes UK and hosting 80 events around the country to people diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Type of stakeholder Ownership Influence/Changes on Tests These have the greatest say for the aims and objectives, but they are still not most important stakeholder. Ownership wish to target for maximizing profit within their business and this is an influence because they will desire to charge a high amount for the products and services, whilst customers prefer low-cost products and services.

Government The government can influence Tests with increase to corporation tax (profits and costs). This would result to Tests increasing the price for their products and services. Overall this affects their purpose to make a great deal of net income. Another way Tests can be influenced by the government is through expansion. The government could provide new business stakeholders who would be interested to buy from Tests. An example of this would be a local newly- built school buying the canteen food for the pupils with Tests as their supplier.

Overall, this will fulfill Deco’s purpose to increase turnover. Customer A change for Tests regarding customers or consumers would be considered essential, a possible change could occur for Tests if sales on a product are falling; therefore Tests would have to discontinue it and replace it with another bright product to increase sales towards achieving sales projection. The change could result into a higher sales projection than estimated which will fulfill the purpose of creating profit. An influence from customers would be the consideration of allergies of certain products.

The products provided could contain nuts, chocolate, gluten, fish, milk, Soya beans etc. The influence would mean that Tests need to label clearly that the product may have traces of the allergy for the customer. The influence would result to satisfying their customers. Influence/Changes on the INS Employees of the INS have individual specialties. A change would occur if the employees had decided to leave and a substantial amount had left, then it could cause a serious effect that would affect their (patients) customers which would cause a pejorative result overall.

The influence of INS employees must work accordingly and efficiently because they are trained professionals; the failure or appropriate use of equipment could mean improper conduct to patient. Communities The INS would have an influence from their communities of stakeholders through the varying selection of customers who use the INS. The customers who are part of a INS would have elderly, women, men, teenagers and children as part of a community. The priority is normally given to the children of the community spectrum stakeholders.

A change that is occurring within the community stakeholders is the idea of choosing private healthcare over the INS. The community stakeholders are tilting towards a more expensive option, but hey wait less time and receive better treatment. Stakeholders who would lean towards private healthcare such as Pupa would be businessmen and women. The government are considered the owners of the INS because they can change issues regard the INS with decision making by democratic demand.

The ownership has an influence on the INS because they are the government, so they can make redundant of the employees that are not performing or if the INS require to cut-down costs. Care Quality Control (ICQ) The ICQ aims to influence by improving trusts and hospitals that require improvement or shut down poorly ran INS establishments. The ICQ aims to influence the INS organizations by promoting equality, diversity and consistent support to patients with appropriate services for any misconduct. 1 Customers The customers of the INS are the wide range of patients.

The scope covers many people which include elderly, married couples, teenagers, children, babies etc. The customers can cause the most impact by causing a change because either opinion of the medication/operations or services is taken into consideration to improve. The influence of the customers is most too because it is their taxes hat pays towards the upkeep of the INS; therefore it is considered a principle of the INS that the customers should be satisfied with their services with the collaboration of external stakeholder ICQ who help improve customers’ experience.

The aims and objectives for a business relating to stakeholders Explain the viewpoint of the customer. How/why can they influence this aim, Impact? MI: The task requires an explanation of varying stakeholders who influence the aims and objectives of two different businesses. Stakeholder What do they need ? This stakeholder would seek a higher wage from the business because these takeovers are considered to work for the customers and owners that assemble the products and services. The way this is achieved is through efficient completion of their tasks.

Tests would set an objective of reducing waiting times of tills for customers by 10% by months. The objective can be achieved through successful and effective teamwork amongst employees which would allow the stakeholder of employees an extension of their wage too if the aim is achieved. Customers This stakeholder would seek lower priced products and services. Customers are the source of income for Tests, so they need to consider how much they are owing to charge for their products and service, but also whether they can offer bundles to reduce the amount of money spent by customers for a better value.

Customers would want to achieve a certain amount of percentage discount from Tests. The result of this would be Tests providing more cheaply and affordable products and services as an aim by 15% in a year. Ownership This stakeholder would seek higher profits from their products and services. The owners have the greatest say to influence aims and objectives, but they have consideration of other stakeholders and this is referred as “stakeholder consideration”. Deco’s owners want more profit, so they would set an aim to increase profit by 10% for next year.

Tests would find changes to increase profit and reduce costs with opting to a different products and services. Stakeholders do they need? The employees of the INS would want their pension from working amongst the INS. The employees regard their pension as an important asset because it will go towards their retirement funds; therefore the importance of a pension is definitely considered by employees. The INS would need to aim for a smaller deficit to pay employees, so an aim would be reducing costs by 15% in the next years. The aim WOUld cover the employees’ pension and the business’ aim.

The INS customers would be their regular patients who receive medication, check-ups, treatment and other various services. The customers would want an effective time-managed system with A&E ( Aid and Emergency) The A&E department has the worst time with their patients and needs considerable improvement. The customers who wish to seek help from the department would collaborate with the INS to have an aim which would reduce the waiting times for the lines. The objective would be to reduce A&E waiting time by 5% in months. Owners The owners of the INS would be the government.
