There are people that commit crimes from misdemeanors to murders. One problem that is up for debate is whether or not attempt teen criminals in person courts and sentence them to adult prisons. The main focus of these amenities is to rebuild juveniles, not in reality punish and imprison them. The hassle is that some young adults are being tried in Adult courts and sentenced to adult prisons. These teens do not deserve to be dealt this way. They deserve a chance for a better life, a risk to change and they are not going to have this hazard in adult prisons. Teens do not have to be tried as adults.
Some human beings agree that teens are deserving of adult sentences. I can see where they are coming from. However they should not serve adult sentences. People accept as true with simply because a thirteen-year historic plans the homicide of his parents that makes him a “serial killer in the process”. They do not understand the complexity of what they have done. Not every child who commits a crime will grow up completely a criminal. They think that age doesn’t depend and a crime is a crime regardless of who commits it. Yes, but these young adults do not understand what they have done. However many are unstable children delivered up in horrific environments acting on impulse. Some young adults do not know better and let the impulsiveness get a hold of them. The crimes teenagers did are now not accidents, however there are no longer entirely thinking out or managed either. Some of these young adults are unstable. Although these offenders do understand their rights from wrongs they are still maturing. With the proper help these young adults can be become better people. They just want hope however they will not find it in adult prisons. The brain is still maturing, they need help not prison.
With teen murders and college shootings taking place constantly, researchers have commenced to seem to be into the improvement of the brain from years 3 to 20. Teens do recognize what they have finished and they are successful of understanding right from wrong however their brains are not developed enough to make thoroughly mature decisions. Yes the offenders do deserve punishment however grownup prison is simply too harsh for a teenager. At most juvenile hall.
Teens deserve a second chance to exchange their life around. With the right assist and the proper help, adolescence offenders can change for the better. Typically, juvenile killers are raised in the wrong atmosphere. They either are in an unhealthy environment or they are unstable and now not receiving the type of attention and help from parents and others. The difficulty of most is that offenders prosecuted as juveniles are released at the age of 18 or 21. People suppose that if a baby is bad, then they will usually be bad. The same people believe that this justifies them to be held away from the rest of the world to pay for their crimes. Few get that juveniles are no longer hopelessly defective. An individual’s teenage years do not paint ones future self. Teenagers need help not be locked up and never get better it does not help the problem. It is like pushing all the trash in a dirty room into a closet. You are not fixing anything you are moving it out of sight. About 95% of inmates are eventually released from jail. So why not fix the problem early on so they can live a good enough life? A huge portion of young offenders outgrow crime. Everyone makes poor decisions in their lives it is just the way life is. More than the other there are simply good people making bad choices. Young adults need to be given the opportunity to show that they can mature. If they don’t get the opportunity how are they supposed to get better. They deserve an obstacle to prove that they can grow to be better people. The quality time to determine if any person is deserving of spending most to all of their life in prison is not when they are a child. If placed in juvenile correction systems young adults can be given help and wished help to exchange their ways and show that they will no longer be the immature criminal they once were.
They need to be given a shot to prove they are not criminals without any hope of maturing into normal people. Child cases need to be noticed and not thrown into adult courtroom systems. This is a very serious matter that wants to be dealt with because things should no longer be taking place the way they are. There are different selections to dealing with teen killers than throwing them into the judicial system. All juvenile offenders need to be tried in the juvenile court system and supplied the assist to change. Their brains are still developing and evolving. Teens are not adults and do not deserve to be tried as adults.
