Being ambitious is one of the three adjectives that describe me. Ambitious people are eager and greatly desirous. As a member of an ice hockey team, I participate in demanding skating drills. Even though it can be exhausting, I am always enthusiastic and eager for the next practice, unlike many teammates who don’t enjoy attending. Furthermore, I set multiple goals for myself and continuously work towards achieving them, which serves as motivation to put in even more effort.
At the beginning of seventh grade, I set a goal to make the honor roll and participate in as many school teams as possible during junior high. I achieved this goal successfully. Now, my objective is to once again make the honor roll and join the junior volleyball school team. This goal serves as a motivation for me to put in even more effort towards achieving it. Another characteristic that describes me well is trustworthiness, which entails being dependable and earning others’ confidence.
I have a strong sense of reliability and can be trusted with both information and belongings. When someone confides in me and asks me to keep something confidential, they can be assured that I will never betray their trust. It means a lot to me when someone shows faith in me by sharing personal matters or entrusting me with their possessions. This is a significant compliment to me, and I would never want to risk it by violating that trust.
My parents trust me enough to give me occasional alone time at home because I have consistently shown myself to be reliable. When describing myself, the word “athletic” is always one of the first that comes to mind in comparison to other traits. While it may not hold as much importance as the others, I believe it’s crucial to include it for a complete representation of myself.
My involvement in various sports and the immense enjoyment I derive from them is why I describe myself as an athletic individual. Sports have always been a part of my life, and I believe that maintaining physical fitness is crucial for everyone, especially the young. It not only enhances self-esteem but also yields numerous long-term health benefits.
