By the Piece created by Robert Colecott entitled the Bilingual Cop, a bull is positioned in the centre of the work standing behind a brick wall. The bull is shouting racial slurs at two work forces who are passed out; one adult male is an African American and he is tilting up against a rubbish can and positioned to the left of the bull, there is besides a Latino adult male passed out and tilting up against a cactus which is positioned to the right of the bull. A thick xanthous line that was painted on the land separates the work forces from each other.
On the African American adult male s side of the line there are animate beings such as a rat, cat, and a mouse placed by him. On the Hispanic adult male s side there is a lizard, doodly-squat coney and a caprine animal puting on the land, and the animate beings look abstract. On each side of the dividing line, there is a skull. On the left side of the line there is a human skull, and on the right side of the line there is a cow skull
On the African American adult male s side, there is a metropolis in the background. Behind the metropolis is a set of pyramids, among them is a position of a sundown or dawn. On the Hispanic adult male s side there is a little small town in the background, and behind that is a set of volcanic mountains. In between the set of mountains, there is a sun scene or rise, and the scene looks really picturesque. The art work is composed of both organic, and geometric forms. An illustration of an organic form that is in the piece would be the cactus, and an illustration of a geometric form would be the bricks that make up the wall, and the pyramids in the work. The creative person used an really interesting combination of colourss when he created both sundowns or 2 dawns, and the usage of chiaro scuro is apparent, and there is besides allot of value exhibited throughout the work.
